Terms and Conditions

Porsche Lounge at Taupo SuperSprint 2024

General

The Terms and Conditions in this document will form the basis of the contract for the event and are intended to avoid any confusion or dispute between you and us.

1. The organiser is European Motors Limited (EML) trading as Porsche New Zealand.

2. Places are strictly limited, and payment details are required with your application.

3. This booking is effective as soon as EML processes your payment and sends you written confirmation of your booking.

4. By booking this event, you grant permission for EML to collect, store, handle and use your personal information to assess applications, contact you about the event, and for the purpose of direct marketing about its products and services. Personal information will be handled by the organiser in accordance with their Privacy Policy which can be viewed at any time at https://www.porsche.com/pap/_newzealand_/aboutporsche/importers/privacy-policy/

5. Guest details will be required by EML prior to the event for ticket allocation purposes.

6. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note that all children, regardless of age, will be charged full price for access to the Porsche Lounge.

7. By attending this event, you grant EML the right to use your name, likeness, image and voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration in relation to the event or for the purpose of promoting any of EML’s events or products.

8. Transport to and from the venue is the attendee’s own responsibility.

9. EML will not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of property brought into the Porsche Lounge by a ticket holder.

Cancellation

Any cancellation request must be made to EML (Porsche New Zealand) in writing, and the following cancellation policy will apply:

1. 55 days or more before the event – EML will refund 95% of the event Fee;

2. Between 31 and 54 days before the event – EML will refund 50% of the event Fee

3. Between 8 and 30 days before the event – EML will refund 25% of the event Fee

4. Between 1 and 7 days before the event – no refund of the event Fee.

If you do not attend the event and we have not received any written cancellation from you, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Should the event be cancelled or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our control, EML’s liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any cancellation. EML will not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of cancellation or significant alteration of an event, including any travel, accommodation and other expenses.
