Porsche New Zealand and Earl Bamber Motorsport are looking for young New Zealand drivers to take control of our Porsche 992 and 991 GT3 Cup cars for the 2023 season.

This scholarship gives the opportunity for a young New Zealand driver to be able to ascend the Porsche Motorsport Pyramid and enter world of international motorsport.
Porsche New Zealand want to open the door for you to the Porsche Junior Program Scholarship, and on to become New Zealand’s next Porsche Factory Driver.
Two times Le Mans winner, and ex Porsche Factory driver Earl Bamber is a key partner in this scholarship program. Earl has had extensive experience in the motorsport world and is passionate about developing the future of New Zealand motorsport. Through his personal success in the Cup Car Series, he provides invaluable experience to help provide that platform to up and coming Kiwi drivers.
This will be the third year that Porsche New Zealand are running this scholarship program, after the success of Matthew Payne in 2021 and Callum Hedge in 2022.
In addition to technical skills, the Team Porsche New Zealand scholarship winner will receive mentorship guidance, including:

• Sponsorship & Branding
• Mental coaching
This holistic coaching approach ensures our drivers are fully equipped to deal with the fast-paced environment in the world of motorsport.
The scholarship can offer a minimum of one year driving for Team Porsche New Zealand in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Australia and/or the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia, with a maximum of two years scholarship available.
